Can't-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted over at Wishful Endings to spotlight and discuss the books we're excited about that have yet to be released, but not necessarily. It's based on the original Waiting on Wednesday that was hosted at Breaking the Spine. Once a month, I'll hop on the meme to share the books I'm most excited for in the coming weeks.

Erotica Book Review: To Daddy: Make Me Hop When You Find My Eggs by Benson E Wolf (brat maledom bisexual)

Title:
To Daddy: Make Me Hop When You Find My Eggs Love, Your Brat
Author: Benson E Wolf
Publication Date: March 28, 2021
Protagonist Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Kink/Fetish: Maledom

The latest in Benson E Wolf's erotic series of holiday-themed brat adventures, Make Me Hop When You Find My Eggs introduces a new player in Daddy's life, a sweet young Catholic girl named Margot Lune who falls under his spell.

It all begins with a little opportunistic office voyeurism, which finds Margot a witness to Melissa's sexual submission to her Daddy. The ways in which Wolf captures her innocence, with words like weenie and butt, even while exploring her carnal curiosity, is a delight that carries on throughout the story. Jonathan plays on her innocence, challenging her to use dirty words, to touch herself, and to describe her feelings, and it's powerful stuff.

What follows is a darkly erotic tale of seduction that sees the good girl tempted, toyed with, pleasured, and punished. "Margot had the Father, The Son, The Holy Ghost, her Dad, and now this Daddy that wanted to break her from all of them" is such a great line, and one that so beautifully sums up her journey. There's a definite religious theme to her story, beyond just the Easter weekend setting, but at no time does the story become mocking or offensive - it's a fine line, but Wolf masters it. He pushes her beyond what she fears she can handle, but he also gives her a safeword . . . and cautionary limits on using it.

Building from verbal encouragement through long-distance masturbation to explicit intimacy, Margot's story opens her eyes to a world she's not supposed to be a part of. Her innocence, her fear, and her feeling of between trapped between faith and desire is never far from the heart of the story, and that gives every act of submission real consequences. The climax is intense, and there are moments that may make some readers uncomfortable, worried even for Margot, but there's a lovely passage about true intentions and emotional boundaries that keeps this erotic.

TGCaption - Sweet Revenge (transformation lesbian)

TG Captions are one of my favorite forms of storytelling. There is no narrative fluff, no extraneous details, just the hook, the twist, and the climax.

I was reading some revenge/punishment captions this week, and I got to thinking about how one person's nightmare is another's fantasy. I was purposely vague on the details, so I'd love to know how much of a 'bad boy' you'd be to achieve your dreams...

Book Review: The Noble and the Nightingale by Barbara Ann Wright (romance, lesbian)

Title: The Noble and the Nightingale
Author: Barbara Ann Wright
Publication Date: Nov 1, 2021
Publisher: Bold Strokes Books
Genres: Fantasy, Romance
Protagonist Gender: Female
Sexuality: Lesbian

Only Barbara Ann Wright can weave a satisfying romance from nothing more than looks of longing, stolen kisses, and hand-holding. Adella and Bridget, The Noble and the Nightingale of the title, are a delightful couple with unmistakable chemistry, and the way they bring two worlds together is absolutely delightful.

Beneath the romance there's an enthralling political fantasy, a story of ambassadors, spies, thieves, assassins, smugglers, soldiers, and mages, all tied up in that romance. In fact, there are passages where the romance is so powerful, so emotionally engaging, that you can almost forget there's a murder to be solved. In terms of action, this is a rollicking read, surprisingly violent at times, with daring escapes and even more daring rescues throughout.

As always with Wright, the world-building here is superb, especially in regards to the clothing, hairstyles, and jewelry. Everything has meaning, cultural significance, but it's all subtly done, costuming the characters as opposed to defining them. The matter-of-fact acceptance of gender and sexuality is wonderful as well, from nobody batting at an eye at the romance between Adella and Bridget, women from different classes, to nobody questioning the gender fluidity of Serrah Nunez (seriously, if they're not back for the next book, I'll be very disappointed). Oddly, the one place the world-building felt a bit thin is in regards to the tenuous relationship between Sarras and the Firellian Empire, but we get enough to understand that there's a wealth of tension and distrust between them, and I suspect we'll learn more as the story continues.

There is some definite angst to the story, driven by secrets, but with Wright we can trust that all will be okay. That's not to say everything is wrapped up in a tidy little bow at the end, but it's at least a happier-for-now, even if not a happily-ever-after. The Noble and the Nightingale is an entirely satisfying addition to the shelves of Barbara Ann Wright, who somehow finds fresh ways to blend fantasy and romance with characters worthy of their settings.

Erotica Book Review: Ivori does the Neighbors by Ivori Faith (femdom transgender erotica)

Title:
Ivori does the Neighbors
Author: Ivori Faith
Publication Date: February 22, 2021
Protagonist Gender: Transgender
Sexuality: Bisexual
Kink/Fetish: Femdom

A naughty, dirty, smutty tale of lusty fantasies come true, Ivori does the Neighbors was a lot of fun. Ivori Faith immediately won me over with the introductory chapter, in which a transsexual woman is delighted to discover her neighbor's crossdressing, but annoyed to find him stealing lingerie from her clothesline. There's a the promise of domination and sissification to come, but as a friendly exploration of shared fantasies and identities, rather than a cruel punishment.

There are a few anxious moments for Martin as Ivori and Eileen put their plan into action, but he soon realizes there's nothing to fear - and, more importantly, nothing to be ashamed of. Heavy on the sex, and delightfully messy in the process, this is a fun, happy tale of erotic indulgence where everybody gets what they want. Ivori is a fantastic character (I look forward to reading more of her adventures) and Eileen is just about the perfect wife.

Perhaps what struck me most was a comment by Eileen at the end, where she thanks Ivori for turning what could have been a bad situation into something that strengthened her marriage. That, right there, speaks volumes about the power of open-minded kink and just made me smile.

Erotica Book Review: The Collar Club by Lyka Bloom (femdom crossdressing romance)

Title:
The Collar Club
Author: Lyka Bloom
Publication Date: Feb. 19, 2021
Protagonist Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight
Kink/Fetish: Femdom

I always look forward to a new story from Lyka Bloom, but I was not prepared for how much I'd love The Collar Club. This is a wonderfully erotic tale of a power-exchange romance that's not just trans-positive, but trans-amorous.

Mistress Carmen Nyte is co-owner of a new fetish club, but despite being surrounded by fetish and fantasy, she's frustrated by the hole left in her life by the release of her last submissive. When Elliot arrives at the club to perform a fire inspection there's an immediate connection between the two. It's a quiet, flirtatious thing, largely unspoken, but he goes home and secretly masturbates to her memory, while she boldly marches into his office and demands an address so that she can deliver a gift fit for a soon-to-be-collared sissy submissive.

There's so much I loved about this, starting with the dynamic between Mistress Carmen and Elliot, the chemistry that makes us want to see them together. I also loved that fetish and domination are such a natural part of Mistress Carmen's lifestyle (she lives and breathes kink) and that she is so eager to bring Elliot all the way into that lifestyle. I adored the natural transgender acceptance of it all, the simple celebration of gender as something worthy of love and respect, and I swooned over the way it all came together in a story that's empowering and erotic.

While there is a little bit of shame and embarrassment to the early pages of The Collar Club, it's born of self-doubt, as opposed to social condemnation. With Mistress Carmen's guidance and support, Elliot quickly moves past it and begins pursuing the life and love he's always craved most deeply. This is a Cinderella story for transgender submissives everywhere.

NEW RELEASE - Forced Fem Quarterly: March 2021

In the third-ever edition of Forced Fem Quarterly, five of Candy Apple Press's hottest writers are back with sizzling stories of female domination and forced feminization to melt away the remaining winter blues. This 10,500-word volume contains four sexy stories:

Our first story is from Kylie Gable and Claudia Acosta who tell the story of a trip to the mall by three friends that leaves a guy trapped in a bra and panties.

In the Element of Surprise, Sally Bend weaves the tale of an older woman who discovers the panty thief is the college student next door. She knows just how to deal with him.

Kylie's second story is a collaboration with British writer Pamela Harlow. The two have written a Saint Patrick's Day-themed story where a creep gets his comeuppance in Kiss Me I'm Irish.

Mindi Harris tells a delightful story of a step-sister's revenge on a step-brother who gets her in trouble. The result is he's Forced to be a Cheerleader.

This collection makes the perfect spring break reading if you love female domination and feminization as much as we do.

Erotica Book Review: To Daddy: Make my Shamrock Shake. Love, Your Brat by Benson E Wolf (brat maledom bisexual)

Title:
To Daddy: Make my Shamrock Shake. Love, Your Brat
Author: Benson E Wolf
Publication Date: March 17, 2021
Protagonist Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Kink/Fetish: Maledom

The second in a series of erotic holiday-themed adventures picks up the story of Melissa, a married brat, and Jonathan, her Daddy, after their Valentine's introduction - but have no fear if you've yet to read this, this can still be enjoyed on its own (as can the upcoming Easter tale, which is absolutely sinful!).

To Daddy: Make my Shamrock Shake. Love, Your Brat opens with a reminder that while Melissa's cuckold husband loves her, it's Jonathan who desires her, and it's him she strives to please . . . and tease. The brat aspect is on full display, right from the start, and it's a dynamic I absolutely adored, especially with how rough her Daddy gets when teased. There's an early deepthroat scene that's edgy and intense, bordering on suffocation, but Benson E Wolf incorporates non-verbal safewords to remind us this is all consensual - and very hot!

Obviously, I don't want to spoil Melissa's workday, but she's sent to the office on St. Patrick's Day without a stitch of green, and instructed by her Daddy to take her pinches with good humor. It's the three additional tasks he sets her, however, that make the story - three visitors who will announce themselves with a keyword (Clover, Gold, or Ireland), having no idea what they're in for. I loved the three characters chosen for that treat, a diverse group who elicit different reactions from Melissa, allowing us to learn more about the woman even as she betrays more of the brat. There's a lovely blend of fear, desire, and caring beneath the exhibitionism, and the sex is smoking hot.

The workday is only half the story, however, and there's still the matter of being punished by Daddy for her early morning bratty behavior. Those final scenes push the story back into edgy territory, approaching the harsh edge of cruelty at times, but always coming back to the fact that Jonathan cares for his brat. The climactic climax is powerful in ways I cannot begin to describe, and it makes for a fabulous finale.

Erotica Book Review: Sissy in the Stock Room by Tessa Katzen

Title:
Sissy in the Stock Room
Author: Tessa Katzen
Publication Date: February 20th, 2021
Protagonist Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight
Kink/Fetish: Crossdressing

Sissy in the Stock Room was such a sweet little story, Tessa Katzen put a smile on my face and made my heart soar. Dana is a wonderful character, a young woman working in an adult store who still gets excited by the sexuality on display around her. The customers are another matter, but one boy catches her interest, and that's where the heart of this story lies.

That boy's nervous anxiety is all too familiar, as is his transparent story of buying lingerie for a girlfriend. Dana gently eases him into the conversation, talking about the importance of fit, and explaining the restrictive nature of bras and how it's important to work with your natural shape. She puts him at ease, gives him the approval he craves, and also delivers a few erotic thrills in the process of learning to dress.

Sexually, the only thing on display here is some assisted masturbation, but the whole story is wonderfully sensual and full of delicious detail. If we all had mentors like Dana when we were first exploring our gender, the world would be a far happier place.
