The latest installment of Benson E. Wolf's Snowstorm series is so hot you're going to wish you could step out into some wintry weather to cool yourself down. Doubles Down serves as sort of an epilogue to the casino weekend that concluded Icy Runoff, but marks a sort of vacation from the deeper relationship issues of the series, serving as a perfect entry point for readers who are curious about this deep (and deeply kinky) romance between Cyrus, Miranda, and Spider.
I don't want to suggest that Cyrus steps aside or takes a back seat to anybody in this chapter, because he dominates every scene with his presence, but this really is a female-focused entry - and I loved it! From bathtub play between Miranda and Spider to mind-blowing threesome sex with a barely legal young woman, there's so much sapphic desire dripping off the page that you're going to need a bath yourself.
Not to be left out, of course, Cyrus is the director of a rough sex threesome AND a rough sex foursome, and the ways in which Benson walks the fine lines of pain and consent is breathtaking. Doubles Down is a sex-positive, sex-focused, sex-soaked addition to the Snowstorm series, and you can bet it'll leave you anxious for more!
