Erotica Book Review: Metamorphosis by Lexi Linorre (crossdressing bisexual)

Title:
Metamorphosis
Author: Lexi Linorre
Publication Date: April 13, 2021
Protagonist Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual

Metamorphosis is the first Lexi Linorre story to be published by Pink Skirt Press. I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek, which means I get to lead the bandwagon in telling you how much fun it is!

This is the story of a young man with a problem. Whether it's women in his bed or porn on his laptop, Peter is finding it increasingly difficult to perform. Fortunately for him, a poorly timed coffeeshop conversation exposes his problem to Dr. Debbie Dakota, a professional sex therapist (with a secret) who offers him a free half hour to see if therapy is for him.

There’s no judgment here. You can admit to me now that you jerk off dressed in a fursuit and I would only ask how you came up with the money for one.

The initial therapy conversation is superb, full of open-minded understanding and acceptance. There's a wonderful discussion about stepping outside your comfort zone and exploring something new, and that's what leads to Peter's first anxious, tentative steps into the world of fetish. I don't want to give away too much of the story, but Lexi does a wonderful job of exploring the fine line between forced feminization and crossdressing encouragement.

I couldn’t lie. I couldn’t fib or make up some excuse. It felt good. It felt so strangely wonderful. The thrill from the taboo, from the fact that I was going against society, against the traditional values my parents hammered into my head as I grew up.

There's some cute humor to the story that made me giggle more than once. Metamorphosis is a fantasy come true, and I thought the balance between erotic edge and sweet sensuality was perfect.
