Getting Tattooed by M.C. Questgend (transformation bisexual)

Another quarantine short from M.C. QuestgendGetting Tattooed is a dark, thoughtful, erotic story of emotional need and physical desire.

Actually, most of the story is about that emotional need, the need to be recognized, accepted, engaged as a part of humanity. On the surface, Cory seems your typical cliché, overweight and lonely, but he has a story, a history, and it makes him someone with whom we can emphasize. He really is a nice guy, and your heart just wants him to be happy. Tawny, of course, seems too good to be true, but you cannot fault Cory for embracing the human connection she offers, or for doing something as impulsive as allowing her to give him a tramp stamp tattoo.

It is the tattoo that bridges emotional and physical, need and desire, painfully transforming him into someone who will get noticed. With their new appearance a potential problem, they are given an opportunity to preserve their lifestyle, but it will mean sacrifices . . . and that is where the physical desire comes in, awakening Cory to their body's potential.

Interestingly, we are offered two endings for the story, one that sort of pauses at a natural point, allowing the reader to imagine Cory's future, and one following through to offer some narrative closure. Personally, I liked the pause ending to Getting Tattooed, although the alternate ending had some elements I liked as well. As M.C. Questgend suggests in the blurb, you can decide for yourself.

Born in 1971, M.C. Questgend traveled the country with his parents as a military brat. Settling in Texas where he was first introduced to alternative lifestyles, he was able to finish high school and continue his new "hobby" in college. After college, he and "she" returned to start a family, but the strain of his "secret" was too much for his now ex-wife. Married a second time was not the answer, so M.C. has transferred the stress to the pen and keyboard. Writing erotic stories - some loosely based on his and "her" life as well as stories involving aspects of the LGBT community, a community and lifestyle he has come to privately embrace. M.C. Questgend is a pen name used to protect his privacy and anonymity. The intent was to write stories that entertain, inspire and motivate - which are as much sensual and heartwarming as they are sexual and explicit.
