Finally got my long-delayed (by the Canadian postal strike) shipment from Powells.com, including Wicked Willow III: Broken Sunrise by Yvonne Navarro, Geraldine by Monica Jay, Apeshit by Carlton Mellick III, Sacrament of Night by Louise Cooper, The Mistress Of Nothing by Kate Pullinger, Queen of Kings by Maria Dahvana Headley, and After the Golden Age by Carrie Vaughn.
A few new books for review this week, including Suspicious Diagnosis by Jardonn Smith, Moving Pieces: A Novel by Emily Maroutian, and Second Best Fantasy by Angela Kelly, with several others are winging their way through the postal service!
As always, I'm generally hopping between books as the mood grabs me. Teasing me for time and seducing my attentions this week are:
♥ The Seventh Veil by Heidi Cullinan (I've been looking forward to this one)
♥ The Betrayal by Pati Nagle (this week's paperback in the purse)
♥ Moonglow by Charlie Romo (just starting this one . . . sounds like a fun read)
♥ Fornax Rising by Nicole Ross (I have this one cued up next)
As for What's Beside My Bed? (a weekly meme hosted by Nanny at Getting Naughty Between the Stacks), I've got 3 reads this week:
♥ My Mistress' Thighs by Giselle Renarde (I've been trying to stretch this out, but I'm almost done)
♥ Porn's Stars II by Chris Burrows (I'm so excited about this one)
Well, that's it for now . . . what are you reading?
♥
You have a lot going on here - so many exciting covers! I hope you enjoy the reading week!

I love it when a lot of books arrive all at once. Not nice it was because of the strike, though!
ReplyDeleteHave a good week - you have lots going!
I'm glad your books finally arrived. How frustrating! The wackiest book I'm reading this week is Bagelmania. Please come see what else I'm reading.
ReplyDeleteYou always have the best books. Thanks for linking up.
ReplyDeleteI idolize your book collection!
ReplyDeleteYou have a nice list of books in your mailbox this week. Moonglow looks like a good read, I will have to look it up.
