Monday In My Mailbox - What Are You Reading - What's Beside Your Bed?

Don't forget to check out Week 3 of our Spring Celebration with interviews, reviews, reading recommendations, and four fantastic giveaways!

In My Mailbox, It's Monday, What are you Reading, and What's Beside Your Bed? are weekly memes hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren, Sheila at Book Journey, and Nanny at Getting Naughty Between the Sheets, respectively. All three are great ways to share the books you're either reading, or shifting to the top of your TBR pile (because, let's face it, sometimes a little shifting is the best we can manage!).

Most recent arrivals in my Mailbox (all courtesy of the authors/publishers in question) are:

Katrdeshtr's Redemption by Red Haircrow (for review at QMO)
I Kissed A Girl II by Regina Perry (for review at QMO)
Birthday Pie by Arthur Wooten (from the author)
Transgender Erotica: Trans Figures edited by M. Christian (for my reading pleasure)
Right Side Out by Annah Moore (also for my reading pleasure)
Darkborn & Lightborn by Alison Sinclair (excited to dive into this series)
Nell Gwynne's Scarlet Spy by Kage Baker (finally got my hands on this one)

Katrdeshtr's Redemption (The Night Cat)  I Kissed a Girl II: More Virgin Lesbian Stories  Birthday Pie: A Novel  Transgender Erotica: Trans Figures (Southern Tier Editions)  Right Side Out: In-tune Within, To Be In Harmony With The World  Darkborn (Darkborn Trilogy, Book one)  Nell Gwynne's Scarlet Spy

As always, I'm generally hopping between books as the mood grabs me. Teasing me for time and seducing my attentions this week are:

Unavailable by Angela Kelly  (watch for my review at QMO soon)
Tag by Simon Royle (a story of future terrorism, conspiracy, and a crisis of indentity)
The Crippled God by Steven Erikson (yup, still reading it . . . my book of choice for when I have some serious time to sit and ignore everything else for a few hours at a time)
Tricks by Rick R. Reed (just getting started on this slice of gay horror)
The Five by Robert McCammon (my first print ARC . . . very excited!)
Transgender Erotica: Trans Figures edited by M. Christian (this is what's beside my bed right now!)

Unavailable: One Lesbian's Struggle with the Bisexuality of Other Women  Tag (The Zumar Chronicles)  The Crippled God: Book Ten of The Malazan Book of the Fallen  Tricks  The Five

Well, that's it for now . . . what are you reading?

  1. Sally Thanks for linking up, to What's Beside Your Bed?. I got a book the other day you might like it's called Lesbian Cops. Unfortunately I have no idea when I'll get to read it... sigh so many books so little time. PS Rick R Reed is a great author. Enjoy! Happy Reading.

  2. Lesbian Cops, eh? The title alone has me intrigued, Nanny!

As for "so many books so little time" . . . boy do I know what that's like! :)

  4. I'm reading Out Stealing Horses by Per Petterson. It's for book club but it's turning out to be decent. Not a book I'd choose on my own.
