Portrait of Transformation by Shadoman (#comics #bdsm #chastity #femdom #sissy)

My admiration for illustrated delights took a brief hiatus while I was on vacation, but I am back and so are they, courtesy once again of Shadoman and Amazing Transformation Comics.

Portrait of Transformation is the tale of Brandon Weeks, a broke, nearly homeless young man who gets mistaken for a male prostitute by a wealthy woman who buys him for the weekend. What he does not know is that she is actually a witch, and that her plans for him extend far beyond just sex.

Our first glimpse of Lacinda as a witch is one of my favorite panels in the comic, and I love the way magic is manifested in sparkly glitter. Unaware of her secret, Brandon agrees to pose for a portrait, and that is what puts him completely in her power, with alterations to his portrait altering him as well.

What starts with chastity and oral worship soon turns to ballgags and pegging, followed by one of the most beautifully detailed progressions of feminization I have had the pleasure of enjoying. Over the course of 8 hours and 5 pages we see Brandon transform in his sleep, but the best part is how oblivious he is to it all upon waking . . . until he spots himself in a mirror.

Visually, the middle third of the comic - following Bradon's transformation - is probably my favorite. The naked bodies look magnificent, as always, and Shadowman always does a wonderful job of background and setting, but the costumes that are introduced are just exquisite. Not only do they look lovely, with different materials having just the right shine or texture, but they fit naturally, complete with wrinkles, folds, bulges, and more. In terms of story, it leads Brandon into forms of sexual experimentation that allow him to become comfortable with his body, as well as his newfound sexuality.

There is one more transformation to come in the final third, and a huge twist to follow that, but I will be a good girl and say no more. Okay, so I will say the final scenes of magic are fantastic, and there are some additional costumes that made me squeal with delight (the armbinder was a definite favorite), and I will suggest that it is never safe to consider a story finished when magic is concerned, so make sure you read all the way to the end!

Shadoman is a CG artist who enjoys telling stories through 3D comic art. Originally from the Mid-west, he now resides in Southern California. He is a Viet-Nam vet in his mid-60’s, married to a wonderful gal who is also his best friend and text editor. A film buff with an extensive library, it was his passion for film as a young teen that was his vehicle to escape and expand his own creative mind and become a storyteller.
