Becoming Joanne by Lady Alexa (#femdom #feminization #chastity)

Becoming Joanne is a three-part story from the dominant, female-led pen of Lady Alexa. If you are familiar with her work, then you know is intimately familiar with the world of female led relationships and submissive feminized husbands, but this series takes that experience to an erotic (and immensely satisfying) extreme.

In Part One: Melissa Takes Charge, we are introduced to Joseph, an unfaithful husband, a sloppy drunk, and a cruel misogynist. While his wife has suffered his lack of respect and misbehavior over the years, she finally draws the line when he loses yet another job, this time for punching out his female boss. Fortunately, her best friend knows a little something about humiliating men, and she happens to have an opening at her legal firm.

Lady Alexa weaves a slow and steady tale of female domination and male humiliation, taking Joseph through the first desperate, tentative steps of his redemption and transformation. This is a story of punishment, complete with a reluctant subject who deserves his plight. Joseph fights against it every step of the way, but there is a gradual erosion of his sense of self that is captivating. Julie is a somewhat weak character, timid and full of sorrow, but Melissa is wonderfully assertive and aggressive.

As the story moves into Part Two: Deepening his Feminization and Submission, Joseph finds punishment escalating to a whole new level. No longer content to have a humiliated male working in her law firm, Melissa begins the process of having a feminized girl living and serving at her home. The second chapter opens with the permanence of piercings, complete with a ring through his foreskin with a cute little bell attached.

The story both opens up and escalates at Melissa's home, as three different women are brought in to help Joanne look, act, and behave like a girl. It is clear to everyone but Joanne that a permanent transformation is in store, but she continues to protest. She insists she will return to being Joseph after paying her dues, even as she begins to discover small pleasures in her femininity.

In addition to the escalating eroticism, there is also some black humor introduced into the story, particularly with flirting of the backyard neighbor and the buy-in of Julie's mother.

Not surprisingly, Part Three: Feminization His Path, Transgender His Destiny was my favorite of the series. Having been trained to look, act, and feel like a girl, Joanne faces the prospect of real physical change. Not just clothing and makeup, not just the body sculpting of diet and corsets, but the surgical enhancements of breast implants, butt implants, and a shaved Adam's apple.

I really appreciated the development of Joanne in the last chapter, but it is here where she begins to become not just a sympathetic character but a likeable one. She still clings to the belief that even the surgeries are temporary, and that one day there will be a return to Joseph, but she is slowly falling in love with who she has become. With the addition of a specialized sissy training school, where Joanne joins three other students in learning how to move, how to act, and how to perform as a woman.

By the end of the saga, Lady Alexa takes a thoroughly unlikable young man and turns him into a lovable young woman. From punishment, through humiliation, to transformation, and finally acceptance, we are granted a complete story arc with the kind of character development rarely seen in the genre.
