The Femdom Doctor's Shocking Prescription by Sarah Millward

Please Note: The following review is suitable for adults only.

First of all, the entire premise of The Femdom Doctor's Shocking Prescription is silly, even for a fantasy scenario. A man goes to see a doctor for help with anxiety attacks, and his therapist turns out to be a coldly impersonal bitch with a fetish for humiliation. Within minutes of arriving, she strips him, pegs him, masturbates him, and prescribes him feminine hormones.

With that awkwardness out of the way, the story gets into some really interesting territory. The prescription really opens up his relationship with wife, as they both set out to explore his repressed crossdressing fantasies. There are some intimate, friendly, almost tender moments wrapped up in that exploration, and I loved that his wife got so involved.

Then, of course, the turn to hardcore female domination and humiliation sets in. There were some elements of that humiliation that simply did not appeal to me, like being used as an ashtray, and some suggestions of an inappropriate relationship between his wife and her mother that don't really go anywhere, but which are odd all the same. As for his mother-in-law, in terms of her character and personality, she's really just the doctor, but with a different name.

All humiliations aside, I loved his awkward, yet enthusiastic indulgence in bisexual experiences, and thought his transformation into a sexual sissy was realistic. I also loved the way his wife and mother-in-law force him to perform as drag queen, intending for it to be humiliating experience, only to have him love it and become quite successful at it in the end.
